Greek Salad Bites
- Black Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- Feta cheese, cubed
- Cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- English cucumbers, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Dried oregano and fresh ground pepper
- Short skewers
Toss feta with a light drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of dried oregano.
Assemble skewers by sliding a cherry tomato half, olive and cube of seasoned feta onto the stick. Finish with the slice of cucumber so that it stands upright, acting as the base.
Repeat until you have the desired amount of appetizers.
