Shrimp Cocktail

 

 

Shrimp cocktail is so easy to make. I buy large pre-cooked shrimp
and make the sauce from scratch. If using fresh shrimp,
make sure to devein them before cooking...

A simple, easy appetizer.  

 

Cocktail Sauce Recipe:

• 1/2 Cup Heinz Catsup
• 2T.  hot horseradish, (use more or less depending on taste)
• Zest of one lemon
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• Dash of Tabasco sauce

 

Combine all ingredients adjusting horseradish and Tabasco to taste.

Chill and serve in  clear glass surrounded by shrimp.

Garnish with fresh lemon slices.
